Rate: Up to €615/day
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to support the further development of Identity & Access Management (IAM) within a public-sector environment.
The role focuses on defining and prioritising requirements for roles and permissions, Privileged Access Management (PAM), User Lifecycle Management and authentication processes. A key part of the position is ensuring that access management is transparent, auditable and compliant with relevant requirements.
- Define and prioritise requirements for roles and permission concepts
- Manage and coordinate requirements for Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Drive the design and continuous development of User Lifecycle Management
- Define requirements for authentication procedures and access processes
- Ensure auditability, security and compliance of IAM processes
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog
- Coordinate requirements and expectations across different stakeholders
- Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Facilitate agile / Scrum processes and support the continuous development of the product
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner
- Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Practical experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Solid understanding of roles and permission concepts
- Experience with User Lifecycle Management
- Good understanding of authentication and access management processes
- Experience working in agile / Scrum environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing and prioritising product requirements and backlogs
- Strong understanding of security, auditability and compliance requirements
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear and structured solutions
- Fluent German and English
- Senior-level experience and a high degree of independence
