About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior ORO Labs Engineer (Technical & Functional) to join a leading international technology company.

You will be responsible for configuring, integrating, troubleshooting and enhancing an existing ORO Labs procurement intake and orchestration platform, working closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders and external implementation partners.

IMPORTANT - MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

Proven, hands-on experience with ORO Labs is an absolute requirement for this position.

Please note that ORO Labs is NOT the same as OroCommerce, OroCRM or OroPlatform. Experience with these technologies alone does not qualify.

Candidates without direct, practical ORO Labs implementation or configuration experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain ORO Labs procurement intake forms, approval workflows, routing rules and business logic.

  • Implement and optimise supplier onboarding, contract intake and procurement orchestration processes.

  • Develop, support and troubleshoot integrations between ORO Labs and enterprise applications using REST APIs.

  • Investigate production issues, resolve technical problems and improve platform reliability.

  • Collaborate with procurement, CLM, engineering and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.

  • Support testing, deployments, documentation and platform enhancements.

  • Take technical ownership of the existing implementation, including knowledge transfer from external vendors.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory: Proven hands-on implementation and configuration experience with ORO Labs (orolabs.ai).

  • Practical experience building intake forms, approval workflows and routing configurations directly within ORO Labs.

  • Strong understanding of procurement intake, supplier onboarding and workflow orchestration.

  • Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, authentication, data mapping and error handling.

  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise SaaS applications in production.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with international stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience integrating ORO Labs with CLM, ERP or identity management systems.

  • Knowledge of Conga CLM, Ivalua, MuleSoft or similar enterprise platforms.

  • Experience with vendor transitions, technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
