Senior Node.JS Developer (m/w/d)

For my client I'm currently looking for a Node.js Developer (m/f/d).

Must have skills:

JavaScript

• ES6+ & Modern JS
• Unit & integration testing - writing and maintaining tests using frameworks like Jest or Vitest, covering component logic, async flows, and
• service integrations, TDD

TypeScript

• Fundamentals - writing type-safe JavaScript with interfaces, generics, and type inference
• Configuration & tooling - managing tsconfig.json, integrating with build tools, and enforcing type safety

Node.js / Express

• Building and maintaining server-side JavaScript applications and REST APIs for backend services and middleware layers
• Knowledge about Node.js event-loop, asynchronous execution, batch processing, DB transactions
• NPM ecosystem & dependency management - managing packages, versioning, and scripts in Node.js projects using package.json and lockfiles
• Vulnerability analysis - identifying and remediating security issues in dependencies and application code

General

• Software development best practices
• Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions - CI/CD pipeline setup and troubleshooting
• Agentic coding - Claude Code / Copilot, MCP & skill design, context engineering
• Design observability and correctional tooling for operations and support teams
• Fluent English, experience in international/multi-site teams
