For one of our clients in Northern Germany, we are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to support the development of complex electromechanical products within a highly regulated engineering environment.
- Mechanical design and development of complex products using Creo
- Concept development through to series production
- Design of precision mechanical assemblies
- Plastic, sheet metal and machined component design
- Prototype development and testing
- Engineering documentation and BOM creation
- Manufacturing support
- Design changes and product optimisation
- Cross-functional collaboration with Electrical, Electronics and Systems Engineering
- Strong commercial experience with Creo
- Experience developing complex electromechanical products
- Product development from concept through industrialisation
- Design for Manufacture (DFM)
- Experience with precision mechanical components
- Supplier coordination
- Excellent communication skills
- ARAS PLM
- SAP
- Medical devices
