Senior Manager SoMe

Define and manage the creation of SoMe campaign assets including posts, videos and creative formats such a FB Canvas and Instagram Stories

· Measure and gauge success by using performance data, reporting tools and testing, to optimize and improve SoMe creative output

· Guide and improve SoMe targeting, to drive funnel strategy from SoMe engagement and generate traffic we can convert into Residential and Ticket sales

· Identify SoMe trends and insights, and help the customer to optimize spend and performance, based on the insights

· Evaluate emerging SoMe technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Anforderungen:

· BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

· Demonstrable experience leading SoMe campaigns

· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising SoMe campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

· Experience with A/B and multivariate tests

· Working knowledge of Facebook analytics

· Experience in working with Agencies

· Interest in Sports and Football content marketing

· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SoMe marketing and measurement
