Senior Legal Counsel (Volljurist) | Remote | Logistics/Transport Sector
We are working with a well-known logistics and transport group on an interim Senior Legal Counsel requirement, fully remote.
This is a hands-on, independent legal role covering all commercial/business law matters for the group — contract drafting, review, and negotiation with service providers, suppliers, customers, and other business partners, alongside strategic project support and management of court and out-of-court proceedings.
Your Profile:
- Fully qualified German lawyer (Volljurist — second state law exam)
- 6+ years’ experience in a commercial law firm and/or in-house legal department
- Experience in transport, logistics, pharma, or general commercial law
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience
- Fluent German and English (business negotiation level)
- Confident, independent, solution-oriented working style
Duration: Interim, while permanent
