Responsibilities
- Run 1-3 discovery workshops on working practices and requirements (support, operations, professional services)
- Design the high-level architecture of the new Jira instance, including the scope of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Tempo Timesheets and other add-ons
- Set out the key up-front decisions for the instance (structure, schemes, permissions, standardization vs. company-specific needs)
- Deliver a flexible base template for all later companies, taking the existing Tempo-to-NetSuite billing interface into account
Profile
- Several years of hands-on Jira architecture and consulting, with multiple full instance setups led as architect
- Proven experience with Jira in group or multi-entity structures where companies work very differently, ideally including consolidating existing Jira instances
- Deep knowledge of Jira Service Management and Tempo Timesheets; experience with integrations into ERP or billing systems is a strong plus
