Senior Java Technical Lead (m/w)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Participate in technical discussions with project teams as well as customers
- Define Baseline and Target architecture
- Provide technical guidance to the team, track progress, address risks and issues on an ongoing basis
- Frontend with customer and liaison on planning, work breakdown and tracking on a regular basis
- Ensure quality of deliverables including code quality meeting required standards, coding as per agreed design, unit testing coverage, cyclometric complexity and static code analysis etc.
- Analyze problem space, propose solution and estimate the requirements
- Perform product fit-gap analysis and propose solution blocks against customer requirements
- Develop solution architecture and suggested approach
- Evaluate candidate technologies and rationale for proposed technologies as needed
- Produce architectural documentation to address different stakeholders with respective viewpoints
- Drive any POC / Prototype development required as part of the requirements
- Capacity Planning: Guide the team in design and development activities. Drive code quality enhancement initiatives within the team by deploying review and tracking tools and processes, continual refactoring practices etc.
Ihre Qualifikation
- Profound experience; willing and passionate to remain hands on technologist
- Good experience in managing medium sized teams working in fast paced, distributed delivery model
- Strong capabilities in work breakdown, planning, estimation and work tracking. Can effectively assess project status, risks and issues and identify appropriate action items to address risks and issues
- Strong Technical background and experience in Architecture definition, Design and Implementation of large scale enterprises systems using Java/J2EE technologies & frameworks
- Extensive and substantial practical experience and applied knowledge on Java/J2EE Technologies - Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, JDBC, JMS, JNDI, Web Services (RESTful, SOAP), XML/XSLT, Java Script, JSTL, AJAX
- Experience in designing and developing using Java frameworks: Spring (IOC, AOP, MVC, and Security), Struts, Hibernate, JSF etc.
- Strong Knowledge of Frameworks and Design Patterns
- Experience in SOA/ESB/Middleware Technologies, WebSphere MQ, Oracle Service Bus, etc.
- Experience with database environments - Oracle, MSSQL, Mongo DB. Cassandra experience will be preferred
- Strong orientation towards coding standards and guidelines
- Knowledge of Front End Frameworks(JQuery, AngularJS etc.), WCM/WEM (Adobe CQ/AEM, SiteCore
- Strong experience in working within Distributed Agile methodology
- Fluent in English and German
