NetConsultiv is a young agency with strong expertise in the development of e-commerce solutions. Currently managing only one project at a time, we are looking to build a scalable and structured work environment to build high-quality e-commerce projects for our customers.To reach this goal we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager
with experience in e-commerce to join and grow our currently still small team of global freelancers.
Your main job is to plan, organize and manage IT-Projects by implementing a highly structured agile workflow with strong quality and documentation standards.
Your Tasks contain day-to-day project management as well as strategic planning and development of the internal processes and workflows.
Our core principles are agility, innovation, proactive solution strategies and self-responsible organization.
Your responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Evaluation, conception, organization and documentation of Web projects like e-commerce shops, landing pages and corporate websites from start to finish with a team of specialists.
- Project plans, goals, and budgets - identifying resources needed.
- Detailed documentation of customers requirements and project tasks.
- Management of project expectations and regular aligning of the same.
- Management of communication and expectations between all stakeholders of the project.
- Management and monitoring of project progress. Providing regular, short written reports about project progress and health together with the technical team lead.
- Implementation of schedules and methods like KPI for measuring results.
- Identification and filling of gaps in projects and teams using a structured approach with Trello and consulting with the project owner and technical team lead.
- Definition of role descriptions and requirements for team members together with the technical team lead.
- Recruiting of new team members together with the technical team lead and the project owner.
- Responsibility for management of project documentation with a high standard together with all team members.
- Implementation and optimization of agile workflows and processes with Scrum / Kanban in the whole team.
- Continuous creation and optimization of templates for tasks, documentation, guidelines etc.
- Accountability for reaching project goals.
- Prepare, plan, structure and organize regular and ad-hoc meetings including Scrum-meetings for process evaluation and identification of improvements.
- Documentation of learnings by writing and maintaining a “playbook” about our processes and approaches to continuously transfer knowledge to the company.
- Accountability for GDPR compliance of implemented solutions implemented by the team.
The requirements to fill this role successfully are as follows:
- 5+ years of experience in leading and building small-medium agile teams in web development and e-commerce projects using Scrum and Kanban.
- Extensive interest and experience with modern E-Commerce and CMS frameworks like Shopware, WordPress, headless CMS.
- Expert in Trello, familiar with Google Suite.
- High level of self-organization.
- Location: 100% Remote - robust and secure technical equipment and quiet work environment with good internet connection required.
- Language: Advanced written and spoken English required, German is considered an additional asset.
- Availability: Minimum 4 hours per day - available for Meetings and asynchronous communication with a maximum response time of 15 min from 14:00 - 17:00 CET/CEST.
- 12 Hours general maximum response time from Monday - Friday except for holidays.
- Issue an invoice for your work OR billing through freelancer platforms.
