Windows-Server Environment
Independent and autonomous design, implementation and operation of services based on
MS SharePoint Server
Vsphere 5.x / 6.x
MS Active Directory
MS Windows 2012 R2
MS SQL Server
MS Exchange Server
High and low level designs, cost estimates and implementation of new servers, services and applications in close collaboration with customers
Incident Management
Change Management
Problem analysis and troubleshooting (3rd level support)
Assisting in the development of our customers internal design and development standards
Close cooperation with other support teams in and outside Germany
Verify and reporting of agreed service level
Self-management of sub-projects
Participation in complex delivery projects
Creation and implementation of problem analysis, optimization and service improvement plans
Ensure compliance with company standards regarding privacy and data security in the server environment
Control of internal and external service providers and suppliers
Customer facing
Skills:
Educational Requirements:
Studying computer science or equivalent education / practical experience
Required Experience:
At least 5 years’ experience as an administrator incl. 2nd and 3rd Level Support in an enterprise company
Several years of practical experience in the design and implementation of complex IT solutions involving analysis, design, implementation, testing and operation
Experience in project business
Knowledge of retail products and services
Very good overall IT Overview
German skills (optional)
Necessary:
Highly developed and experienced in design, implementation and operation of enterprise infrastructure services based on
MS SharePoint Server
Vsphere 5.x / 6.x
MS Active Directory
MS Windows 2012 R2
MS SQL Server
MS Exchange Server
Good overview of other Microsoft products and standard tools
Good overview in scripting especially PowerShell and .NET
Very good command of spoken and written language (English)
