We are seeking a Senior IAM Specialist to strengthen an identity and access management foundation through SailPoint Identity Security Cloud implementation, Microsoft identity integration, and target-architecture design.

Your tasks
• Lead requirements analysis and design activities for identity governance and administration capabilities, including workload identities
• Assess, design, and implement SailPoint Identity Security Cloud capabilities, including feasibility and impact assessments
• Develop or enhance application connectors and IGA workflows, including access certifications and termination processes
• Analyze SailPoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID integration patterns and provide integration analysis
• Define an Entra-first target architecture in collaboration with Active Directory and Entra architects, and document it in high-level and low-level design materials
Must have competences
• 10+ years of experience as a senior IAM consultant or engineer
• Proven delivery experience and strong hands-on expertise with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
• Advanced Microsoft identity expertise across Active Directory and Entra ID
• Strong IGA/IAM architecture and integration expertise
• Experience with identity lifecycle, access governance, and workload identities
• Ability to combine architecture, detailed technical design, and hands-on implementation
• Strong design, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with IAM, Security, and Cloud/Infrastructure architects
