Dear Freelancer,we would like to draw your attention to an exciting new project.
In front of a necessary move to a new generation of our ERP system, we will challenge and re-shape, how SW- & Services are represented in our systems. This project aims to create a the specific requirements (finance-domain specific business data model, mock-up’s, …) – ready to be implement in IT systems & our process landscape. As we obviously can’t catch all future requirements at once, we will implement this as a core business capability, able to manage and operate it in future. In this context, the project acts as a bootstrap activity.
MAIN TASKS:
- Development of a finance domain model for SW / Service business incl. bundling with HW. Identifying Data objects,
relations. Define different views for each stakeholder group.
- Convert Requirements/Data model into lightweight mock-ups (e.g. PPT) to create feedbacks from stakeholder.
- Collecting requirements from the stakeholder teams (be clear on ‘why?’)
- Derive (data) concept and align data objects with related projects to achieve/ensure same semantics.
- (Re-)shape attached processes using those data objects (be clear on ‘how?’)
- Explicit derive the required change in processes (according to main stakeholder) & IT-requirements (be clear on ‘with
what?’)
- Support team (required skills, proposed work mode etc) to maintain requirements, domain model in future

MOST IMPORTANT SKILLS:
- Very strong domain data modelling expertise
- Ability to drive and orchestrate group of experts towards requirements for SW & Service business. Experts from different -
functions (finance, controlling, project manager) as well level.
