Senior Configuration Manager - 3mths+ - Rate Negotiable - Hamurg (Germany)
My client, a market leader within their sector are looking to recruit a Senior Configuration Manager on a 3mth contract with a view to extend beyond this on a rolling basis.
The job description is as follows:
Scope of work, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operational Configuration Management (CM)
- Coordination of CM staff and tasks in complex international project teams Definition and execution of CM activities for the whole project life cycle
- IC Design Data Management
- Performing Change Control
- Driver of Change Control Boards (CCB 19s)
- Configuration und Baseline Audits
- CM tool- and user support
- CM process management (Business Line Level)
- Drives standardization of CM methods
- Permanent optimization of design environment and CM tooling
- Coaches and trains design teams
- Guides and inspires the CM staff.Storage and archive management (Business Line Level)
Personal requirements:
- Leadership by influence also in remote situations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Methodical and structured with attention to detail
- Background in IC design, ideally in analogue design (Nice to have)
- Proficient in state of the art CM and design tools
