Rate: Up to €615/day
We are looking for a Senior Cloud Developer for the backend development and operation of cloud-native services within a Kubernetes environment.
The focus is on developing services in Go, designing scalable and stable Kubernetes-based solutions, integrating cloud APIs and automating build, release and operational processes. The project also involves working with immutable operating systems such as Talos Linux and troubleshooting complex cloud and Kubernetes infrastructures.
- Backend development of cloud-native services and components using Go
- Design and optimization of Kubernetes-based solutions with a focus on scalability and operational stability
- Integration and further development of cloud API interfaces
- Automation of build, release and operational processes using shell scripting
- Operation and configuration management of immutable operating systems, including Talos Linux
- Troubleshooting and continuous improvement of complex cloud and Kubernetes infrastructures
- Collaboration with development, architecture and infrastructure teams
- Documentation and continuous optimization of technical solutions
- Several years of professional experience as a Cloud Developer / Cloud Engineer
- Strong experience with Golang / Go
- Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes
- Experience with Google Cloud / GCP
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs
- Experience with immutable operating systems, ideally Talos Linux
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and infrastructure
- Experience with automation and shell scripting
- Structured approach to troubleshooting complex infrastructure environments
- Fluent German and good English
- Senior-level professional experience
