Senior BFA (m/f/d)
Role description / Skills required
- Data Mappings Skills and data modeling conception knowledge mandatory, like ERM modeling or other
- Strong communication skills with senior management
- Strong proven e2e Senior Business Functional Analysis skills in Regulatory Credit Risk Reporting and Accounting as well as e2e Test Management /cut-over to production experiences
- Know-how in Accounting and Regulatory Reporting as proven by multi-year experiences per each domain
- Strong analytical skills, proven by cv and eduation university degree
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Teamplayer and having fun to work in an international environment
- Comfortable to do data analysis and using test suites tools like SQL Server, HP ALM
- Deep implementation knowledge about IFRS9 impairment and ECL posting solution, knowledge about IFRS9 implementation
- Proven Standing by business and IT Stakeholders from Private Bank Business and IT
- Programming Languages: SQL, optional: C++, JAVA
- Operating Systems: beneficial: UNIX, Windows
- Vendor Software: SAP for Accounting, Abacus or other for RegRep
- AppServer/Middleware: UC4, AIMA, Big data
- BI: not mandatory, but potentially useful
- Data Base: Oracle, Hadoop (Big data) concept
- Tools/Frameworks: Prerequisite: Very good MS Office / Process Modeling Software and presentation skills
- Domain Regulatory Reporting / Financial Accounting and Tax, focus on Regulatory Reporting Transition, e.g. IFRS9, AnaCredit, KWG, RWA, SAP Accounting
Skills desired
- e2e test management skills incl. organize defect calls, defect management, technical knowledge to follow Big Data architecture, e2e process understanding, Understand Regulatory, Financial Accounting, Tax data content
- Strong team and communication skills to operate with senior and new stakeholders ad-hoc
- Analyse data file content, capable doing 1st data analysis on his/her own
