Beschreibung

The Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA) is seeking a Senior Analyst (Requirements Analysis / Concept) to support the optimization of its core master data system STEP and the online portal component KUSOS.

Background: Approx. 9% of all records in the STEP master data system are identified as duplicates, with around 30,000 new duplicates created monthly via the online channel. This causes 4,000+ hours of manual cleanup effort per month and risks incorrect payments. The project aims to systematically improve data quality and prevent duplicates using the upcoming IDA data integration.

Tasks include:
- Eliciting and documenting requirements (user stories) using defined methods and tools
- Creating and maintaining data models and domain models
- Identifying dependencies between requirements
- Performing impact analysis for change requests
- Describing business logic: CRUD/S functions, interfaces, plausibilities
- Quality assurance of requirement specifications and domain/data models
- Acting as interface between business departments and development teams
- Supporting junior analysts and project management
- Working in agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban)

Tools & Methods: Innovator, ARIS, Confluence, JIRA, UML, BPMN, ERM

Requirements: Proven BA (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) experience mandatory. PDP experience mandatory. Security clearance Ü2 required or willingness to obtain.
