Our German client is looking for an experienced Senior AI Platform Engineer to join an exciting long-term project developing enterprise AI solutions and next-generation intelligent platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong software engineering background who has recently moved into Generative AI, Agentic AI or AI platform development. You'll be involved in designing and building intelligent AI solutions, integrating business data, and delivering innovative AI capabilities within a collaborative engineering team.
The client is particularly interested in people who are comfortable working in a Linux environment, use VS Code as their primary development tool, and have experience designing and developing software solutions using AI-powered coding assistants, particularly Claude Code.
Experience with AI frameworks, vector databases or enterprise AI platforms would be an advantage, but is not essential.
- Python or similar backend development
- AI, LLMs or Generative AI
- RAG or AI-powered search solutions
- API development and enterprise system integration
- Modern cloud-based software development
