Beschreibung

Unterstützung im Bereich SAP Support FI/CO und/oder SD

• Provide direct support for SAP ERP system, including configuration, assisting with end-user training, troubleshooting and acting as the primary coaching and mentoring resource for end-users
• Provide direct support for other applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and various productivity applications
• Participates in testing of software enhancements as well as troubleshoot problems with existing code
• Documenting existing and new business processes, developing SAP user documentation

Skills:
• Know-How working with technology systems that support critical business processes
• Know-How supporting SAP end-users in Financial and Controlling (FI/CO) and/or Sales and Distribution (SD) modules
• Know-How of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• SAP Business Warehouse experience would be a plus
• SAP ABAP programming experience would be a plus
• German an English language both spoken & written
