For our client's team at the SAP CC in FrankfurtJob content:
• You will provide expertise for Batch Scheduling Solution along with defined guidelines and service levels
• You will ensure that service request, incident, change and problem records are managed per Service Management best practices and ensure the SLA adherence
• You will manage and maintain the environment according to standard
• You will identify error trends, perform root cause analysis and enrich knowledge base content
Your profile:
• You have successfully earned a university degree and gained relevant work experience
• You have solid Unix skills and ideally Shell or Perl scripting skills
• You have already worked with Workload Automation Tools like TWS 8.3 or higher
• You have good command of English and are a good communicator
• You are used to working in a support service delivery function and know -how to manage your stakeholders
