SAP SF EC SuccessFactor Employee Central Consultant - Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for a German speaking SAP SuccessFactors EC Lead to join the team of its end user client in Cologne or Berlin, Germany for a 6 month project on a full time basis.
This is a contract position and sponsorship will not be offered.

Minimum core attributes:
- Fluent German & English Speaking
- Two/three end to end Success Factors EC implementation.
- Solid understanding in configuration of EC with Time and Position Management
- Solid understanding of MDF obejcts, rules and workflows
- 2-4 years experience on Employee Central
- Mandatory associate certification in EC; Professional certification is preferred
- Excellent communication & client facing skills (oral & written)
