SAP license management, e.g. analysis of existing SAP licensing, existing license inventory based on the assigned authorizations, development of a polluter-pays cost allocation model for consolidable licenses, etc. SAP for Me, e.g. support in the creation of conception and operational area (LUI, LUPA, etc.), conceptual topics e.g. development SAP@Cloud Knowledge Center, contract management, process models and documentation, SAP Information management, etc.

Knowledge and project experience in the following areas:
-Use of ITSM software such as BMC Remedy/SmartIT
-IT architectures, network technology, server virtualization, operating systems-security technologies according to the BSI IT Grundschutz Kompendium
- ITIL Foundation certification is a must
- ITIL Service Management (at least 3 years of professional experience within the last 8 years)
Fluent oral and written communication in German and English (mother tongue or level C1)
