For our international client, we are looking for an experienced SAP SD OTC Consultant.Your main task is to support the client's Process Excellence Team to support SD OTC (order to fulfil) process improvements and global standard automation processes.
You will be part of the functional process team and act as an interface to the IT and SAP Team. This position will be hands-off (no customising in SAP).
Tasks:
- Support SAP SD OTC Process Excellence Team
- Support process improvements and global process standardisation
- Be main contact for 18 SME in various countries
- Act as interface between business and SAP team
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Support testing activities across SAP SD OTC process
Requirements:
- Project experience in SAP SD OTC
- Integration experience to SAP MM and/or SAP LE
- Strong process knowledge in: Customer Management; Order management; EDI management; Invoice Resolution; Delivery Management; Return Processes
- Strong functional/business focus
- Experience in international projects and global standardizations
- Project experience in following industries preferred: Pharma, LifeScience, Chemical or FMCG
- Nice to have: SAP S/4 HANA experience
Project details:
- Start: ASAP (May preferred)
- Duration: 6 months (+ option to extend)
- Workload: 2 to 3 days per week (varies 20-30 hours)
- Location: 100% Remote
- Languages: Fluency in English, German beneficial but not essential
