-active user support in order-to-cash processes with European / global responsibilities. Main focus is supporting users in system handling and maintenance of R/3 application COBALT, main focus OTC and quality assurance of specific master data (SD, MM, …)- evaluation of bug sources and support in bug fixing with regard to master data and processing with focus on OTC
- developing the understanding of business processes and knowledge transfer with users in order to avoid mistakes
- supporting know how transfer within the organization
- identification of user training needs
- identification of existing but not yet defined process steps and information of team, support of implementation
- user support in error ticketing and tracking of error handling
- user support in organizational, administrative, personnel and IT changes resp. R/3-SAP system changes, such as bug fixing, customer business change releases, SAP R/3 release upgrades / enhancement packing
- design, realization and documentation of test scenarios of IT changes / R/3-SAP-system changes, such as bug fixing, customer business change releases, SAP-R/3-release upgrades / enhancement packaging
MUST: profound know how of BASF (organization, processes, BRM, AHD, SolMan)
- expert know how in SAP R/3 SD sales & distribution process (order – delivery – billing, availability check, batch finding, price finding, document output / terms & condition ministration)
- functional know how in material management (MM, MM batch management, classification)
- know how in handling of SAP Solution Manager for documentation of tests and test errors
- practical experience in projects, functional know how in support and know how transfer, presentation
- good general IT know how (standard applications, MS Office, Lotus Notes)
