Location: 95% remote, 5% onsite in Halle/Saale (if necessary for onboarding and once or twice a quarter for basic coordination rounds)
Description:
PSM-GM supports the entire life cycle of a third-party funded project. Funding management supports the planning, budgeting, recording and invoicing of all funds for a funding project.
It is about the ongoing support of customer systems via a ticket system.
All conceivable errors or adjustment requests can occur here.
Tasks:
80% AMS (Application Management Service, i.e. ongoing support for the modules)
Incident management for PSM and GM (incl. coaching approach to build up your own know-how)
20% AMS - Consulting Topics for PSM and GM
Skills:
Very good experience in incident management
Very good experience/knowledge in the field of SAP PSM/GM
So far, you have mainly been active in the incident/service management environment
Very good experience in consulting topics for SAP PSM (Public Sector Management) + SAP GM (Grants Management)
