SAP Process Specialist & Project Manager #

Role
We have a contract opportunity available for a SAP Process Specialist & Project Manager for our client in Frankfurt, Germany. The project will involve analysis of existing and implementation of adapted SAP processes where necessary.
Required skills/experience:
- SAP Core Banking Processes
- Coordination of and cooperation with SAP's Support organization including AGS
- Processing of SAP related incidents
- SAP Standard Development Guidelines
- Identification of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) potentials for SAP
- Existing network of SAP support and standard development experts in the relevant areas
- Expertise in ITSM (IT service management) focusing on SAP Best Practice processes mainly in the area of Release and Deployment Management based on SAP Solution Manager - ChaRM (Change Request Management)
- Release scoping and planning
- Deployment Management based on SAP Transportation Management
- Change Management processes
- Governance Bodies focusing on Service Level Agreement based on SAP Core Banking Benchmarks (NFR)
- Compliance minimum standards
- Test Management strategies and processes
- Native/fluent German speaker

German and English
Contract
The contract has an initial duration of 6 months with likelihood of extension.
