Aufgabe:Principle accountabilities: Coordinating the Country Schedule (local contract), Configuration to Global & Country requirements
Managing the implementation of the interfaces between the HR SAP system & the SAP Payroll System, Testing,
UAT & parallel runs
Outsourcing of the Payroll from SAP HR to Paisy
Key Interfaces: ADP European & Local, IT Global & Local, Local HR, Finance, BPO Payroll
Final measure: German payroll operating immaculately and smoothly to the Country Schedule within about 7 month project
Anforderung:
Knowledge & skills: Preferred: Recent experience managing a project implementing a major payroll change or outsourcing project;
Essential - Experience in the last 12 months of implementing a payroll solution, Planning & tracking against plan, coordination with Global Project Manager and Teams, Managing a team of different local support departments (HR, Business Support, Finance, Internal Payroll Provider);
Training & Test Plans, Basic tools (Excel, PPT etc), Excellent communication skills, English mandatory; Building relationship with external supplier ADP, Local users, HR4 IT & data owners.
