Tasks:
• Definition, conception and implementation of order-to-cash processes in our SAP S/4HANA solution
• You will be responsible for advising and supporting our stakeholders on the business and technical side by conducting regular reviews, providing knowledge and information best practices
• Configure and customize SAP SD modules to align with business processes.
• Implement pricing procedures, sales document types, and delivery processes.
• Design and implement seamless integration solutions with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Conducting system testing, user training, and providing ongoing support are integral parts of your role
• Ensure smooth communication between SAP SD and related modules for end-to-end business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyse their sales and distribution requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP SD configuration.
• *** Profound knowledge in pricing, invoicing processes, tax related topics and integration with FICO
• *** Expert SAP SD configuration and process experience (order management, delivery & shipment processing, billing processing and handling customer returns)
Qualification:
• You have several years of experience in the design and implementation of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA projects
• You have practical experience in the replacement of legacy systems and greenfield ERP implementations in highly agile teams
• Profound knowledge in SAP S4/HANA customizing, especially in the module SD / OTC. Experience in Fashion, Consumer Goods or Retail industry is an added advantage
• Your deep understanding of end-to-end processes, user experience design and IT landscapes enables you to develop the best solutions
• From your previous projects you are able to define business requirements in epics and stories and have knowledge in using operational project management tools like JIRA, SharePoint as well as Microsoft Office Stack
