Job Titel: SAP ISU WIM
Project Duration: 6 months, with possible extension
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Fully remote
Utilization: Ideally full-time
Contract Type: Freelance
Languages: German and English
- Conduct end-to-end (E2E) process analyses for intelligent metering systems and market communication within SAP IS-U.
- Analyse end-to-end metering change processes in SAP IS-U and handle the associated clarification cases.
- Analyse process errors and identify the root causes of issues within metering and market communication processes.
- Assign clarification cases to the relevant specialist departments and coordinate their resolution.
- Collaborate with relevant business and technical teams to ensure smooth process execution.
- Support process optimisation and ensure the correct handling of metering-related business processes.
- Strong experience with SAP IS-U, particularly in metering and market communication processes.
- Practical experience with intelligent metering systems (iMSys).
- Experience analysing end-to-end processes within the energy sector.
- Knowledge of metering change processes and clarification case management.
- Ability to analyse complex issues, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions across specialist departments.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good German and English language skills.
