SAP HR Consultant (m/f)With around 1000 employees and currently 500 freelance consultants, we support well-known companies in the implementation of their IT projects.
For one of our customers around Nurembergwe are looking for an SAP HR Consultant (m/f) on a freelance basis.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- Create report to provide information on the usage of personal data for employees according to GDPR regulations
- Assessment of the HR solution landscape in order to identify infotypes, tables and other data sources that need to be included both in HCM and SF
- Customize existing standard reports/capabilities in order to create a report that contains the relevant information and can be handed over to an employee upon their request
- Test the solution
- Document the solution thoroughly
- Handover to and train relevant internal stakeholders
- Previous experience with compliance reports
- Possible further engagement to set up ILM to take care of data deletion
- Very good English skills
- profound knowledge in SAP HR, HCM, SF
- profound knowledge in SAP Reporting

Location: around Nuremberg
Workload: Fulltime; onsite
