SAP Dutch Payroll (PY-NL) Consultant
Location: Remote | Languages: English and Dutch (required)
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP HCM Payroll for the Netherlands (PY-NL), including schemas and rules.
- Perform hands-on SAP customizing and configuration across payroll processes.
- Support day-to-day payroll operations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Liaise with HR and finance stakeholders on payroll-related topics and queries.
- Contribute to testing, validation, and documentation of payroll configuration changes.
- Support system updates and ongoing optimization of the payroll setup.
Requirements
- Hands-on SAP HCM Payroll experience for the Netherlands (PY-NL).
- Strong, demonstrable experience with schemas, rules, customizing, and configuration (mandatory).
- Full-cycle SAP payroll implementation experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
