We are looking for a 4 SAP HCM Consultants for our energy client in Regensburg.Start: March 2024
Duration: End of the year
Volume: varies between 40 and 80%
90% remote and 10% onsite
Language: German and English
Tasks:
* Consulting Support for HR projects in the area of HCM Master Data Management
* Definition of functional and technical requirements for new interfaces or enhancements of existing interfaces from local HR systems to central HCM system
* Consulting support for assessing and ensuring data quality in the central master data system with regards to data flows to global systems such as Finance, EIDM, BI, etc.
* Advise Troubleshooting in case of issues with data flow to global systems (e.g. Finance, Identity Management), e.g. workflow failures due to incorrect or missing data
* Consulting support for Personnel Administration (PA) & Organization Management (OM) questions and issues and share best practices on further harmonization measures preparing cloud readiness. (HCM authorization knowledge desirable but not mandatory, only if applicable)
Skills:
* SAP HCM knowledge with focus on Organizational Management and Personnel Administration
* Strong analytical skills
* SAP HCM Authorization knowledge would be a plus but not mandatory
* Fluent English and German Skills
