IST:
Separate HCM instance ECC6.0
Complex payroll (construction wages with many wage types)
many in-house developments
GOAL:
Hybrid with Successfactors for Personnel Admin and H4S4 for Payroll
As far as possible back to the standard, based on SAP best practices
Migration should also be accompanied
Time horizon: Start as soon as possible, ready by the end of 2025
