Masentó are on the market for experienced SAP Payroll Consultants. These are freelance opportunities for clients based in Germany with focus on specific local payroll knowledge. Please see more details below and let me know if interested in knowing more.

We are looking for experienced SAP Payroll (PY) Contractors with strong German payroll expertise to support a large SAP Payroll implementation. The roles will involve end-to-end payroll delivery, working closely with business stakeholders and other SAP experts across the programme.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and define the Business Blueprint
  2. Organise and lead client workshops to finalise payroll design
  3. Configure the SAP Payroll (PY) system in line with the approved Business Blueprint
  4. Perform unit testing and fully document configurations
  5. Support and guide the client through the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase
  6. Organise and document the Parallel Testing phase
  7. Execute the Cutover plan in collaboration with data migration teams
  8. Provide hypercare support post go-live

Required Skills & Experience
  1. Proven expertise in SAP Payroll (PY) configuration
  2. Strong knowledge of local payroll legislation (German)
  3. Experience delivering end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations
  4. Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
  5. Strong ownership mindset, ensuring tasks are followed through to full sign-off
