Your next SAP assignment should match your expertise, commercial expectations and preferred way of working.
I specialise in SAP freelance recruitment across Germany and am speaking with experienced consultants interested in assignments in Stuttgart, Munich and the wider Southern German region.
My focus is on specialists with a background in manufacturing, automotive, engineering and industrial environments, particularly those whose experience spans complex business processes, SAP transformation and hands-on delivery.
Whether you are approaching the end of an assignment or would consider a move for the right project, I would welcome a conversation about your experience and what you want from your next contract.
You do not need to cover multiple areas. I am interested in consultants with depth in one or more of the following:
Production, Planning & Quality
SAP PP, PP-PI and QM specialists with experience across production planning, manufacturing execution, quality processes and integration with the wider supply chain.
Supply Chain & Logistics
SAP MM, SD, EWM and TM consultants with expertise in procurement, order management, warehouse operations, distribution or transport processes.
Finance & Controlling
SAP FI/CO specialists with experience in financial processes, manufacturing controlling, product costing or finance transformation.
Technology & Integration
SAP BTP and integration specialists with experience connecting SAP landscapes, delivering interfaces or supporting technical transformation.
Project & Programme Delivery
SAP project managers, programme managers and workstream leads with experience guiding transformation programmes, coordinating delivery teams and managing business stakeholders.
- S/4HANA transformations, including greenfield implementations and brownfield conversions
- International template programmes and rollouts, balancing global standards with local business requirements
- Manufacturing and supply chain process improvement, supported by strong functional expertise
- End-to-end delivery, from discovery and design through configuration, testing, cutover and hypercare
- Business-facing consulting, working closely with process owners, key users and technical teams

Being based locally is not essential if you are comfortable travelling to the region. Please include your German and English language levels so these can be considered alongside your working preferences.
