Job Description:
- Establish international governance: Set up a framework for managing the project across international locations.
- Finalize process flow charts: Develop and finalize visual representations of the processes involved in the project.
- Define AT IT architecture: Specify the architecture of the Advanced Technology (AT) related to IT systems.
- Staff & enable rollout team: Recruit and enable the team responsible for the project rollout.
- Prepare template validation: Ensure that the project template aligns with the requirements and standards.
- Identify local project team: Identify and involve local teams at different project locations.
- Clarify team logistics & infrastructure: Address logistical and infrastructural needs for the project team.
- Perform Kick-off: Initiate the project with a kickoff meeting.
- Perform template validation: Validate the project template to ensure it meets the project's objectives.
- Take key design decisions: Make crucial decisions related to the design of the project.
- Define enterprise structures: Establish the organizational structures within the project.
- Identify RICEFWs: Identify Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows - components crucial for SAP projects.
- Finalize project plan: Complete and solidify the project plan, specifying timelines and milestones.
