I'm currently working with a small-to-medium-sized consultancy that works closely with a major company in the aerospace industry. The requirement is to bring three SAP EC payroll consultants on board for the project.
Job Overview:
You will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing SAP Employee Central Payroll solutions for the customer. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of SAP Payroll modules, particularly Employee Central Payroll, and have hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP HCM solutions on multiple recent projects.
Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and configure SAP Employee Central Payroll solutions accordingly. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP HCM modules and third-party systems.
System Optimization: Identify opportunities for system optimization, process improvements, and best practices. Work closely with clients to implement changes that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall system performance.
Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support during and after SAP Payroll implementations. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting.
Compliance and Reporting: Stay current with legal and regulatory changes related to payroll and ensure SAP payroll configurations remain compliant. Develop and customize payroll reports as per client requirements.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure a holistic approach to SAP HCM solutions. Provide guidance to the customer on leveraging Employee Central Payroll for workforce management.
Qualifications:
You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business information technology, economics (business administration) or comparable training in the IT environment
You have in-depth knowledge of SAP consulting projects and SAP workshops
You have 10+ years of experience in SAP ECP projects.
You have German language skills, at least at language level C1
