For Reply's clients in the Energy sector for commodity and non commodity products, we are looking for a SAP CX Sales & Service Consultant, to introduce the SAP CX portfolio with sales and service processes (version2 V") as part of an s/4 Transformation.Requirements:
• Process knowledge "Sales-to-Order" within the SAP Sales Cloud
• You are an expert in dealing with the opportunity object
• You are familiar with the quotation and order object
• Knowledge of the service process within the SAP Service Cloud
• You are familiar with ticket and case management
• You have project experience in sales and contract management
Nice to have:
• You have experience with the End2End integration of the SAP CX landscape into S4 HANA
• Knowledge of SAP Sales & Service Cloud Version 2
• Process knowledge of lead qualification with the SAP Emarsys campaign management tool and continuous qualification in the SAP Sales Cloud
