My Munich based multi-national customer is looking for an SAP consultant to produce a gap analysis between the Organisations requirements and a SAP solution in the area of Talent Management Systems.
The analysis is expected to take a maximum of 3 weeks and will be conducted up until the end of December 2011 following which a report is to be produced on the findings.
The customer intends to use a Talent Management System by the end 2012 and candidates should have knowledge and experience of customisation and adaptation of the SAP Enterprise Learning, SAP ERP Human Capital Management and Adobe Acrobat connect professional (virtual learning room). Any knowledge of SAP self service functionality (ESS, MSS), WebDAV interface and SAP Workflow would be beneficial.
The customer will be flexible in terms of days to be worked.
