IT process consulting and implementation for the full-scale introduction of the business processes of the in-house accounting( controlling) in the context of a new implementation of the SAP software product S/4HANA Cloud at the customer.
The service to be provided is defined as follows:
Independent and sole IT process consulting in the modularly defined subject area of controlling
- Determination of the technical requirements of the accounting system based on the management specifications in direct coordination with the customer
- Derived from this, a business blueprint (draft) is created, which serves as the basis for the technical settings of the SAP system.
- Adjustment of the system according to the approved blueprint
- Preparation / support / bug-fixing of the function and integration tests
- Elimination of occurring errors and adaptation of the system
- Training of the users
- Documentation of the solution / acceptance and handover of the solution to the customer
