For Reply's client in the Energy sector we are doing the implementation of an SAP CX system as part of an S/4 transformation at the utilities customer. The special feature is the integration of a multi-backend landscape with SAP and non-SAP systems.o Experience with enhancements using KUT and with PDI development using the Cloud Application Studio SDK
o You have project experience in the implementation of sales and/or service processes with SAP C4C
o You have experience in C4C with configuration of mashups, workflows, approvals and transports, can handle C4C OData API and know the integration scenarios with other systems
