Dear Freelancers, we Q Talent Hub GmbH, are currently looking for a SAP Architect Dependency Manager Freelancer for a Transformation project. Our client is a big telecommunication company in Germany.You will play a pivotal role in managing the dependencies and ensuring the coherence of multiple transformation initiatives. You'll review architectural decisions, analyze their impact on the S/4HANA Finance program, and support the estimation of changes required for both interim and target architectures. This role goes beyond traditional architectural responsibilities, requiring a candidate who can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, lead decision-making processes, and coordinate extensive programs effectively.

• Duration 3 month with option to extend until the end 2024

Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP Architecture, with specific experience in managing S/4HANA transformations projects.
- Experience in telecommunication industry is a big plus.
- Above average analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of the SAP landscape, particularly S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with the Enterprise Architecture Management tools is nice to have.
Tasks:
- Review and provide critical feedback on architecture decisions made by the team, ensuring alignment with the S/4HANA transformation goals.
- Analyze and anticipate the effects of architectural changes on the S/4HANA Finance program, proposing solutions that minimize disruption and optimize performance.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across different transformation projects, ensuring clear communication
- Take the lead in coordinating the S/4HANA transformation, balancing priorities and resources across parallel initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP Architecture, specifically S/4HANA, leveraging industry insights to guide the transformation process
