For a project at our client‘s site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedSalesforce Practice Manager (6167)
The ideal candidate will have vast experience in managing teams and providing an excellent service to clients. This person will be responsible for coordinating multiple important relationships, leading projects and mentoring the different teams in a practice made up of over 250 Salesforce consultants.
Your Qualifications:
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Salesforce Professional Services company
• Project Management qualifications such as Prince2/PMP preferred along with good knowledge of project management methodologies
• 3 years’ experience managing teams or leading projects
• Expert in one or more of the following areas – Salesforce platform, Marketing, Commerce
• Strong knowledge of methodologies including Scrum / Agile, certification is a plus
• Passion for digital and technology
• An abundance of experience in writing and submitting complex proposals, responding to RFPs and other client requests
• Strong communication skills in English (written/spoken), German skills are beneficial
Your Responsibilities:
• Support business & development efforts in Swiss Germany
• Manage and mentor a team of +20 Salesforce professionals locally
• Manage P&L of the practice (target/revenue/profit/budget) with a direct reporting line to the division
• Ensure the growth of the practice by helping on resourcing, training & certifications
• Ensure that projects start on time and that key milestones are met
• Ensure team meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Define team objectives and career plan
