Project Goal: Scaleupth Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales & Operations Coordinator on a full-time freelance basis to drive outreach efforts, streamline sales administration, perform client research, and maintain the CRM system in support of continuous business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing & Outreach: Execute cold and warm email outreach campaigns to generate and qualify outbound leads.
- Prospect Scheduling: Communicate with qualified prospects and coordinate calendars to schedule sales meetings.
- Pre-Meeting Research: Conduct background research on prospective companies and key decision-makers prior to sales calls to brief the leadership team.
- MOM Preparation: Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and draft clear, actionable Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for internal and client distribution.
- CRM Management: Regularly update lead statuses, manage pipelines, track meeting outcomes, and maintain database hygiene in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Must own a reliable laptop and high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
- Able to commit to full-time working hours on a freelance model.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for professional email outreach and meeting documentation.
- Experience or familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar), Google Workspace/MS Office, and email outreach tools.
- High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a remote setting.
Compensation: Fixed pay of ?10,000 INR per month.
Working Model: 100% Remote (India). Work from home or any preferred workspace.
Expected Outcome: The coordinator will support end-to-end sales operations including B2B lead generation and IT service delivery workflows, ensuring smooth outreach, scheduling, documentation, and CRM maintenance.
