Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren direkten Endkunden suchen wir für den Vertriebsaufbau in Deutschland einen Sales Agent / Account Manager auf freiberuflicher Basis:
Our client is a manufacturer of special/ high integrity fasteners and hot forged bolting. They manufacture in a wide range of standard and exotic materials for the world’s oil, gas and energy markets.
Duties
• Selling high-performance Fasteners into the oil and gas market.
• Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively selling the company’s products.
• Responsible for managing/growing existing accounts and extending customer base.
• Personal contact to secure new business accounts/customers.
• This includes delivering a highly proactive, reactive and responsive account management service while increasing the turnover.
• Prospecting and Cold calling new accounts
• Continual Market research
• Customer visits and meeting within the territory
• Advancing the company`s strategic positioning with key accounts
• Closing sales
• Plans and organizing personal sales strategy
• Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Generate new business for the organization’s products.
• Participate in trade shows and Exhibitions.
• Analyze the market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
• Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Skills
• Experience in selling to manufacturing industry
• Must Have: Sales and results-orientated and able to work independently
• Business-to-business sales experience with proven success
• Self-starter with demonstrated strong work ethic
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrate aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
Start: ab sofort / nach Absprache
Laufzeit: langfristig (mindestens 6 Monate)
Einsatzort: Home Office / Eigenes Büro (idealerweise zentral in Deutschland gelegen)
