Salesforce Project Manager
Duties:
- Support for the planning and control of all future CRM projects (eg new features, new products, connection of external tools) from the customer service point of view.
- Project management to digitize the customer experience in the business customer area, along the HELP Journey/customer service.
- Support in coordinating and coordinating the development of innovative solutions for customer requirements in the areas of customer service and sales (support).
- Support in coordinating the inclusion of the internal (professional and economic) requirements from the service and support in the translation/implementation into technical requirements/stories.
- Optimization of the working methods and processes in the business customer service according to the degree of digitization.
- Definition of requirements, prioritization of features for the upcoming development phases and coordination with the European group interfaces and within the Business Services
- Creation and maintenance of business cases in collaboration with the requester and the specialist areas.
Requirements:
- Prince 2, IPMA, Lean Six Sigma, APMP or MSP
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or similar
- Project and/or professional experience in the IT area with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM etc.
- Very experienced in a comparable field of tasks in the field of project management, ideally in the customer service or telecommunications sector (industry experience is advantageous)
- Relevant certificates such as Salesforce ADM201, Scrum Master, etc.
- Technical understanding for digital solutions
- Mobility and travelling (travel to Cologne and Amsterdam, but not weekly.)
- Good written and spoken English knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PPT
