? WE ARE HIRING: SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Senior Developer / Engineer ?
We are looking for a highly skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ Senior Developer / Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise-scale identity solutions. In this role, you will lead hands-on development in SailPoint IIQ to deliver robust access governance, identity lifecycle management (JML), and compliance controls across complex enterprise application ecosystems.

? Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Engineering: Lead the design and development of SailPoint IIQ solutions, including workflows, custom rules, forms, certification campaigns, and LCM events.
Integrations & Connectors: Develop and optimize connectors with target systems (AD/Entra ID, LDAP, SQL databases, HR systems, SaaS applications) using out-of-the-box connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and custom provisioning logic.
Lifecycle Management: Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, access requests, automated provisioning/deprovisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC/ABAC).
Governance & Compliance: Configure access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD) policies, policy violation rules, and compliance reporting.
IIQ Artifact Management: Build and manage Identity Cubes, Application definitions, Managed Attributes, Roles, Policies, and Identity Profiles.
Custom Development: Write and maintain custom rules using BeanShell & Java; troubleshoot and optimize execution in lower and production environments.
Delivery & Support: Provide end-to-end technical delivery, level-3 production support, root-cause log analysis, performance tuning, and support environment upgrades.
? Required Skills & Technical StackCore Platform: SailPoint IdentityIQ (LCM, Certification Campaigns, Role Model, Workflows, Rules, Task Schedules).
Programming & Scripting: Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, Python.
Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC/SQL, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID.
Build & DevOps: Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), Tomcat, Linux/Windows environments.
IAM Security Core: Access Governance, RBAC/ABAC, SoD, Least Privilege, Zero Trust principles.
? Nice-to-HaveSailPoint IdentityIQ certifications (Certified Engineer / Developer).
Exposure to SailPoint IdentityNow, Saviynt, Okta IGA, or PAM platforms.
Cloud IAM integrations (AWS IAM, Azure, Google Workspace).
Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow integration) and compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR).
