Beschreibung
Aufgabe:- Technical consulting for migration of 133 sites worldwide from Cisco/Avaya to Skype for Business Rollout and rollout the respective hardware
- Analysis (Collect all required data to describe the CMO. Understanding of the legacy infrastructure is requred.)
- Planning (Use collected data to define FMO and plan for CMO->FMO)
- Implementation (Execute the plan)
- General (Documentation)
Anforderung:
- Deep Avaya know-how (e.g. GW configuration, Avaya Aura Contact Center, EC500, AES, Modular Messaging Mailbox, Call Flows,...)
- Deep Skype for Business know-how
- Hands-on experience with AudioCodes equipment/software (e.g. EMS, M1KB, MP, HD)
- Telephony/Carrier know-how
Wünschenswert:
- Cisco GW/configuration know-how and experience
Umgebung/Sonstiges:
Remote(most of the time), Munich (Test Environment)
