Beschreibung
We are currently looking for a WAN Engineer to join a greenfield project and help us build a platform for developing software products. You are expected to have extensive experience with MPLS WAN’s, Internet provider (ISP) peering options (incl. BGP) and Public Cloud connectivity options (direct peering, dedicated interconnects, carrier peering). Additional information about the project will be given during our initial phone call.Project details:
• Starting period: 01.03.2024
• Ending period: 31.12.2024 (possible extension)
• Full-time (5 days/week)
• Location: Remote/Berlin (25%)
• Languages: German or English
Experience:
• Network engineering (> 8 – 10 years)
• WAN design
• Core MPLS/MPLS-SR, ISIS, LDP, BGP, L3VPN, OSPF, VXLAN, SONET/SDH, Ethernet
• Cisco IOS-XE (c85xx), Cisco NX-OS, Juniper (MX)
• IXP peering
