Hello dear freelancer,I am currently looking for a Salesforce Architect (Freelance)
to provide remote support for my partner in Germany starting in January 2024.
Here are the general details:
- Start: January 2024
- Duration: 6-12 months (extension possible)
- Location: Remote
- Workload: full-time preferred
- Role: Salesforce Architect (Freelance)
Tasks:
- Evaluate all APEX code and assess all configurations delivered provided by the vendor
- Assist in Proof of Concept (PoC) activities related to Salesforce
- Offer guidance and feedback on code quality to the vendor
- Coordinate multiple stakeholder interactions and collaborate with relevant team members to understand project requirements, facilitate process analysis sessions, and develop technological solutions
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Product Owner on non-functional requirement (NFR) topics
- Possess a strong grasp of Salesforce licensing and aid the application owner in deciding on new license requirements
- Ensure minimal customization and maximal use of out-of-the-box (OOTB) solutions
- Suggest new features and enhancements to optimize and expand platform usage
Requirements:
- Several years of practical experience with Sales and Service Cloud
- Proactive mindset, constantly seeking to understand the underlying reasons for our needs
- Proficient in TMF (TeleManagement Forum) with practical experience and familiar with agile teams
- Possesses strong knowledge of Salesforce Community features
- Has a solid understanding of Salesforce licensing
- Proficient in English
