Release Product Lead for P2D Sub Process GTS:
- Represent their assigned end-to-end process area for the given release.
- Provide input to help prioritize the capabilities (“features”) in the release based on the business value, dependencies, and risks during Program Increments.
- Participate in program planning, process reviews, and solution demos, being responsible for ensuring all necessary participants are invited and signing off on the build.
- Lead planning and scope confirmation with PMO for all program phases. Support closing/resolving stage gate criteria for each program phase including Design Confirmation, Realization, Test, Business Simulation and Deployment. Create and own Solution changes through Change Control process to gain confirmation by Program Leadership.
- Lead test content creation and planning and working with the business during key program test events, supporting travel arrangements in alignment with Testing schedule
- Support the creation of Training material, training concepts and provide change readiness leadership for their local process during implementation
- Lead their process area through the program lifecycle.
- Influence the prioritization of program capabilities.
- Facilitate the creation of training materials and readiness strategies.
- Maintain rigorous standards for program outputs and communication.
Required skills:
- Deep understanding of their process area within their business for the geographies in scope
- Respected within their function/business and ability to influence others
- Ability to analyze and design business processes
- Ability to develop product requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analyzing results and feedback from the user community
- Ability to develop acceptance criteria based on the business, process, and solution requirements
- Ability to validate program outputs for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to lead teams; prior team leadership experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Reporting and communication abilities to Leadership for scope confirmation, change requests, and program status
- Profound knowledge in SAP GTS
